Track the key nutrients that influence your energy, weight loss, mood, and more.
This test measures your Ferritin (iron), Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and Folate levels — all vital for metabolism, immune health, hair strength, and glowing skin.
Why Are Nutrients Important?
Nutrients are the building blocks your body relies on every single day. They fuel your cells, support organ function, and help regulate everything from your metabolism to your mood. When your nutrient levels are out of balance, it can be reflected in ways like fatigue, poor concentration, hair shedding, weight struggles, and even brittle nails or dry skin.
The key nutrients measured in this test — Ferritin (iron), Vitamin D, B12, and Folate — play crucial roles in:
✔️ Energy & Mental Clarity – B12, iron, and folate help your body produce red blood cells and deliver oxygen, which directly impacts how energised and focused you feel.
✔️ Weight Management – Low levels of vitamin D and B12 can slow your metabolism, making it harder to lose weight or maintain a healthy one.
✔️ Hair, Skin & Nail Health – Nutrient deficiencies are a common cause of hair thinning, brittle nails, and dull skin. Ferritin and folate are particularly important for healthy growth and renewal.
✔️ Immune Strength & Mood Balance – Vitamin D and B12 help regulate mood, reduce brain fog, and keep your immune system in fighting shape.
